Everything about the Hotel was fine, except that the rooms need much better soundproofing. Every conversation in the hallway and alarm in adjoining rooms were far too loud.

Hotel room was fine, experience was terrible. I was never informed of a scheduled power outage until the day I checked in. I was not going to start looking for a hotel when I already traveled to the city so I stayed. The power was out for an entire day with the A/C not working and no lights. Management did nothing to help. I will not be staying at a Sheraton again after the way I was treated.

The hotel was in a convenient location to shopping, the highway, and about 15-20 minutes to downtown Baltimore. With the exception of the mall I would not recommend going out at night south of the hotel. This was also reiterated to us on arrival, which was some very good advice. The staff was friendly and attentive to us. I would definitely stay here again.
