Shangri-La Hotel Wuhan Guest Reviews
The room was OK but the coffee shop was not up to standard. I ordered black coffee and got white with condensed milk. The food selection was poor and half of the toaster elements had failed but no-one seemed to care. Only one waiter spoke acceptable english and he tended to make a nuisance of himself. And I was given a customer satisfaction card the minute I sat down instead of at the end of the meal. Also, the lobby area was highly perfumed which may tend to upset some people. Perhaps one of the better hotels in Wuhan but still short of the usual Shangri-La standard.

Staying in the Horizon Club level was very enjoyable, with drinks and snacks available at all hours, newspapers, DVDs to play in the room, and other amenities. It made for a very nice escape from the brutal summer heat in Wuhan.
