We travel frequently and this place is so fantastic. Pool bar is rare With accommodation but yahoo they had one. The distance to your room is a bit of a walk but at the end of the day it is good exercise and with eating at the wonderful restaurants it was was worth walking off. Staff were the best we have encounter in our travels.

It must be the original bathroom, rusty shower, dusty old woodpannelling around bath, 10" square cut in carpet, lifts and meeting areas dirty carpet. In a good location.

I stayed in the hotel after a charity bike ride, arriving tired and sweaty. Check in was quick and I was relaxing in a hot bath in no time. The room and bathroom were well maintained and clean, the small balcony giving a view over the lagoon and bay towards the Esplanade. It was well priced in comparison to similar properties when searching online. The location is great, right on the marina/esplanade for walks, close to bars and restaurants etc in Cairns.

Nice hotel in a lovely spot on the water with a great pool area which is very spacious. Room was ok good size & view of the water & boats was lovely BUT beds were very uncomfortable & bathroom was very old. An upgrade to a Horizon room would be worth it until the other rooms are updated.
