Location
Shangri-La Hotel is along Orchard Road, the shopping and entertainment district of Singapore. During free time, vacationers can stroll along Merlion Park after shopping at Takashimaya Shopping Centre.
Rooms
Each of the lavishly appointed rooms and suites is outfitted with Wi-Fi access, satellite/cable TV, coffee/tea maker, mini bar and en suite bathroom. Suites come with separate study, sitting room and dining area.
Restaurant
Diners at Hotel Shangri-La sample bestsellers like Japanese kaiseki at Nadaman and Cantonese cuisines at Shang Palace on site. Enjoy drinks at the bar lounge.

Shangri-La Hotel Singapore Guest Reviews
Excellent except that the air in our room was not good. At first the regulator did not work and the staff put that right. But stll the air was bad and I felt worse as our five day stay progressed. The heavy monsoon rains were a challenge for any system but I wonder if the ducts needed cleaning. As soon as we left for Cambodia my nose stopped running, my head cleared, and I felt well again. Otherwise the hotel is wonderful, food very good, and staff outstanding,

The Valley Wing at the Shangri-la hotel was excellent. They provided excellent and personalized service. The friendly staff exceeded all our expectations and were only too happy to arrange anything we requested. The deluxe room and the one bedroom suite were very comfortable and quite elegant. Will definitely be staying here again.

Shangri-La is a 5 star hotel in every way. My teenage daughter and I had the best time there! The staff of the hotel go out of their way to look after you. It is a beautiful and friendly place - a true Shangri-La!

I stayed at the Shangri_La Hotel Singapore for 5 nights in a Horizon Club deluxe room. The room is a good size as is the bathroom, all facilities were excellent. The service from all the staff at the hotel was impeccable, they really know how to make you feel very welcome. The staff at the Horizon Club are exceptional. The location is about 10 minutes walk from Orchard Road, which suited me as it was very quiet. For convenience the hotel has a shuttle bus which takes you to the main shopping precinct every hour. I will certainly stay at the Shangri_La next time I visit Singapore.

Very pleased with the whole experience, the staff were all excellent in all departments. Stayed in the Vally Wing. High quality, in my opionion, best hotel in Singapore.
