The hotel is very well located, the restaurant facilities and the breakfast buffet are excellent. The gym is also good, and the staff go out of their way to help you with your queries. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Been there right at the beginning of the International Islamic Conference, during which all hotels were fully booked. Had a very good service at Shangri-La, where I was upgraded to a suite due to unavailability of standard room. I will definitely go back, even without the upgrade!

Staffs at Horizon club had misunderstood the instruction for the food I bought to be put in the freezer to prevent spoilage before bringing them back to Singapore, they put them inside the oven instead, foods were naturally spoilt. The Duty-manager wanted to substitute with some from the kitchen but took too long to prepare, I left for the airport in order not to miss my flight, he then sent the food to the airport and have one of the Shangri-la staff stationed there to comb the departure area looking for me to handover the food. This gesture has shown the service level of Shangri-la is of excellence which I will recommend to anybody without restraint. Thank you once again, although the replacement is not what I have bought, but it''s the gesture that counts. Well done, keep it up!
