The staff and the service are extraordinary! I have never seen such excellent service. The lunch buffets are really terrific. The breakfast buffet could be improved a bit - more selections for Western style breakfast.

Restaurants are very good. Nice live music, including Chinese, classics, etc. The marble-plated, beautiful bathroom has a separated shower partition. The room is clean. I recommend the hotel, but a little bit far from the shopping area.
