The location is very good and the staffs are very helpful and they speak very good English. Strongly Recommended to stay and it is really value for money.

I was treated to an immediate upgrade. The staff were more than helpful and the quality of service outstanding. The room facilities are really well thought out, for example a steam iron, ready filled with water, an ironing board and a large napkin so I managed to iron my trousers in record time. The heated shaving mirror with subtle light is better than anything I can find to buy at home, so I had the best shave for ages. There is a DVD player under the TV, so I could watch DVDs on the large TV instead of on my notebook computer. I will stay in the Shangri-La Changchun every time I visit the city in future.
