Shangri-La Hotel Beihai Guest Reviews
This Shangri-La was just not up to the standards of the Hangzhou Shangri-La that we have used many times. It is like a 4 start hotel - fewer services, good but not top-flight staff, room carpet not really clean, furnature a little "tired", jacuzzi for men only, etc.
