Friendly service. Traditional Taiwanese breakfast and also toast and coffee for those prefer something different. Very good. Location is great. The hot springs in the room and the publis hot springs are very good. Recommend to everyone who enjoys hot springs.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to Xin Beitou MRT. The rooms are a little dark and some don't have windows - so if you like natural light, make sure to ask for a room with a window. The staff are very nice but it's a bit of a struggle here if you don't speak Chinese - I missed a lot of vital information till I crossed paths with the English speaking night manager. The breakfast was very traditionally Chinese, too, which is good or bad depending on your tastes! However there are a couple of Western style options - toast, waffles, coffee - so if you really can't stomach congee or rice with trimmings, there'll be something for you. The bathroom has mineral waters on tap if you wish and there is a hot spring on site, too, though it's very hot!

Good location if you do not drive. It is just minutes walk from the New Beitou MRT station which makes it really accessible. Room had its own hot spring bath.

Located just 5 mins walk from XinBeitou MRT. Room was average size with in-room hotspring facilities. U can enjoy the hotel public hotspring/coldspring pool, steambath etc...However, u can only check-in at 2000hrs (I don't understand why) No night market at the vicinity... If u intend to just enjoy Hotspring, it's a great place...

Absolutely love the hotspring in our room - convenient, clean with nice balianese decor. The water is great too - my son's eczema improved so much even though I only stayed 2 nights, not to mention the adults too. Breakfast selection is few but the taste is yummy. Good location, well worth the money and I'll say this is the best hotel I stayed in my Taiwan trip.
