Location
Centrally positioned, the Diplomatic Hotel is just a few metres walk from the famous Plaza Triangular of Benidorm and the beautiful Levante Beach. The hotel also has easy access to the area attractions such as, the neoclassical church of Saint James, Punta de Canfali viewpoint and the famous Poniente beach.
The hotel features 252 spacious and comfortable rooms with balconies and a host of modern amenities.
Restaurant
The restaurant offers buffet style meals using top quality products and high standards of food preparation. Theme buffets every day. The hotel also features a spacious and elegant bar-lounge, a varied entertainment programme, cabaret and live music.

i would stay there again and have recomended this hotel to friends. it is the best hotel i have stayed in in benidorm and the food is very good, overall great value

Very good hotel. Excellent facilities, good staff. Very positive comments on the gym and massage. Buffet is good also. The only thing that needs to be reviewed by the management is that hot tea and coffee must be offered during lunch and dinner even for extra payment (like they do with water and wine). Now you have to eat desserts without having a cup of coffee or tea, which can be ordered only in the bar. Other than that excellent hotel. Will stay there again. No doubt.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is very close to amenities and also within easy walking distance of the beach. The hotel has a nice leisure centre, although the swimming pool is rather small. We stayed half board at the hotel. I thought the breakfast was very good and the evening meal was average. We stayed in April and found that it was mostly the older generation who were at the hotel. The evening entertainment was for the older person.

The hotel is ideally situated. Very clean and well decorated, with friendly staff. Overall, it's value for money.
