It should provide a mini fridge in the room.

The Windows are opened to the inside building and not outside. There is no fresh air. The bathroom is empty (no shampo, no solid soaf and so ..., it is poor....). In order to enjoy the buffet in the breakfast , you have to pay 2 euros for each person..I was surprised again. The booking should include all the breakfast.

I have ticked bad for facilities purely because of the absence of any type of bar in the hotel. It is nice after a day sightseeing or shopping to be able to sit down in your own hotel and relax with a drink or coffee knowing that you are finished walking or engaging in any other activities for the evening. Unfortunately a lot of continental hotels seem to have no interest in providing this facility otherwise I was very pleased with everything in the hotel and its location very central. We were very pleased with the Serrano Hotel. The hotel is located about five minutes from the train station. Our room was very comfortable and spotless.The staff were helpful. Our only disappointment was the breakfast which consisted of a cup of tea/coffee, a glass of juice and a small toasted roll.

Clearly overrated hotel with a scanty breakfast included in the price. The breakfast consists of a cup of coffee, slice of bread, some butter and a teaspoon of marmalade. You are supposed to pay additionally for any extra bread or coffee or whatever.
