Amenities OK overall but the managers were not very flexible when I enquired about changing the dates of my stay; they were not prepared to do so and it cost me some euros in the end!

friendly staff, small room, clean rooms, must open shower tap for 10 min. to get hot water, in avarge it's ok.

Stayed for 2 nights. Found the location to be good. Rooms very small but clean.Would stay here again.

On its homepage the Seres Hotel was described as 'luxury hotel'. Truth is that the interior is average, and the hotel overpriced. Overall rating: thumbs down

it is the second time that we have stayed here. It is very good, and we are very pleased. The view of the Bosphorus from the breakfast/dining room is spectacular. Maybe they should renovate the bathrooms though.
