Serene Resort Phuket Guest Reviews
Reasonable pricing but the guest computer keyboards in the lobby are filthy – covered in sticky grime and hairs. I politely mentioned this to staff on 2 occasions but 48 hours later the keyboards were still filthy.

Nice, clean rooms few of them partly overlooking the sea (at least from the distance). The location is perfect, away from the noise, but only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The breakfast has wide selection of food, catering also for European taste. And the best thing is: reasonably priced mini-bar.

Set a short walk from the beach - 3mins. A very pleasant hotel with clean and attractive rooms and appealing setting.

This hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Kata beach. The staff at the hotel were very warm and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel - especially for families as there was no extra charge for the children staying / breakfast etc. Facilities are minimal and the pool is quite small however it is well located for the beach, restaurants and the shops in Kata Beach.
