Close to Disney, restaurants and shuttle service to Magic Kingdom (to save $14 for parking) are plus points. Rooms are okay.

Overall, staff was great, pool and jacuzzi area fantastic , nice store, decent food, clean grounds. Great coffee in the general store. Beds were awful, could feel the springs poking you all night. Advertising is a little deceptive- looks like you are going to get a suite, but no... You get dinky little rooms with old tv's. Overall, a marginal bargain, kids will love the pool area.

Need some updating and something to change smell of the room. It would be nice to have coffee in the room.

All the ameneties were good .. except that the wi-fi had an issue. Talking to the front-desk about this was utter waste of time. They asked me to get the laptop to the lobby !!! However when this issue was escalated to the supervisor, it was set right within 30 minutes. The front desk guy (i think his name was rohit) was really dumb, repeating the same thing again and again !!!
