the hotel staff were great, very helpful during my stay with my family. however if you don't have the casino "players card" the rooms are very expensive in my opinion. expecially in that western new york standard. I been to many Indian casion hotel in NY and CT, the most they charge is under $250. and you don't need to have players card or membership card. I hope they lower the hotel room stay, since we don't plan to get any players card. other than that, they also charge for bottle waters in the room *$2/bottle* as well as internet access at $9.95/day!!! this is the first time I experience in the Indian Casino hotel, I went to Mohegun Sun recently and they give the bottle waters for free everyday! as well as compliment free WiFi in the hotel room! also, if you plan to eat at the three sisters cafe, please be ready to spend at least 30mins to 40mins to get your food, anytime of the day, the service is very slow. Food options are very limited, and their Asian restaurant only open at night, they are very expensive as well. not really delicious, it is ok. the portion is small. the best way to get food faster is order room service, especially breakfast. if you don;t want to wait in line in the morning at the cafe.

From check in to check out everyone was friendly and accommodating. Oversized room with gorgeous view was available early. A number of dining choices range form Tim Hortons to a Grand Buffett with multiple choices in between.

Value rated average/ ordinary only because of the allowed smoking throughout casino, etc. Otherwise, fantastic and absolutely beautiful hotel done in/with Seneca style flavour & artwork - we were there for a show in the Bears Den done by an awesome entertainer (a friend of ours) who does an Elvis tribute. Non-smoking rooms very spacious and comfortable in the hotel, plus great food in the Thunder Falls buffet as well as Three Sisters Cafe; Tim Horton's Cold Stone also available as well as other food opportunities and gift shops. As to location, it's about 5 mins. from the Canadian/U.S. border and easy to find right off Rainbow Blvd. - left onto Fourth, straight up to hotel. Free self-parking as well, on hotel and casino side entrances.

The hotel was very clean. I often find that some are not so clean as I prefer. The room was big, comfortable beds and an awsome bathroom. Well stocked with plenty of towels.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was exceptional. Rooms were very comfortable with a very nice walk-in shower with glass doors. We did not gamble as we had our children with us, but the casino seemed to be a happening place. The only disappointment was the restaurant at the hotel in which we had dinner, Koi. From the outside it looked like an upscale experience, but the food, which was Asian cuisine, seemed more like an overpriced fast food Chinese restaurant. The wait staff was very pleasant and accomadating there however. The indoor pool was great with a nice outdoor patio for sun-bathing. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Hotel in in the Center of the little town, Its Tall can't miss it, and is beautiful lite up outside at night time. Casino is big with allot of Slots to choose from, Several dinning places our favorite was the Sister's Resturant right off the lobby, and the Blue's Burgers,(Big Burger and Fries,)Not impressed with expensive buffett. New Friday's is across the street. Request a Room on the Falls Side its WORTH It.Nice indoor pool with Hot Tubs, and large open outside area with views , allot of lounge chairs. We Walked to falls during the day and night Both Lookout locations by the Maiden of the Mist (Highly Recommend) and to Goat Island, MUST see falls at night, when the colored lights are on. Drive there and park, just a Nice long walk. Wear comfy shoes

I have stayed at this hotel about 10 times. It is still fairly new (about 5 years) and the rooms are spacious, luxurious and well looked after. I believe it is one of the best hotels in this area.

Very nice casino, but if you do not like smokers stay someplace else, the casino smells, the hallways smell, the aturim smells, pretty much the whole place smells of smoke, but my room was not bad. the rooms are very nice, the food was good and location was great. I attended a conference and did not get ot much but had a good time there. The price through [your website] was very good.
