A no-thrills hotel. Recommended.

They had given us a room on the third floor, which is a problem because my girlfriend is disabled. With some negotiating, they moved it to a ground floor room that was a triple room for no rise in cost. I give them credit for that.

This is a budget hotel, small rooms, and the shower in the en suite was tiny. That said the hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Continental breakfast was Ok, and you could eat it outside in a quiet patio area. Location is good as its close to Termini

Great central location; great service from the staff (especially the coffee) - very friendly. As usual for the centre of Rome - tiny rooms (compared with what we are used to) Gabrielle, Sydney

The hotel is very close to the Termini and staff is pretty friendly. Room is clean and affordable. Nice breakfast lounge with a separate smoking area. Provdes adapter for North American travellers. Very handy. Not every hotel in Europe provides it.
