A modern building in a central location, with good transport links. The studio apt. had everything one needed & was in good condition. A special thank you to the proffesional & helpful Sejours & Affaires staff. I look forward to visiting here again soon. Also, I will be delighted to advise business colleagues, as well as tourists, to choose Sejours & Affaires De Brienne for their stay in Toulouse. I visit many "hotel residences" in France & here deserves top marks.

It was touch too noisy (mainly young students). Room maintenance work was not complied & workmen had to use the room during our stay. The room was left unlocked after somebody (we prosume staff) in one occasion.

De Brienne Residence Toulouse has been a very nice basis for our trip to Toulouse. It is situated in a very calm area very close to the Garonne River and only 10 minutes walk to the center of the city along the riverside. The rooms (studios) are suitable for 2 persons and have good kitchen facilities. The bathroom is also very fine with a good shower. All this to a very fine price. We can recommend this hotel apartment - not luxury but fine.
