Stayed for 1 night becuse we got a good deal on orbitz. It was quiet season and the hotel staff were kind enough to upgrade us to a room with direct pool access from the verandah - nice novelty for us. Direct beach access too, and Haad Yao is beautiful with plenty of chilled-out but buzzing bars and restaurants around. Depends what you're looking for, but if you don't need the pool and the TV in the room, there are much cheaper options on the beach for a fraction of the price. We moved to Ibiza, beach bungalows next door and were delighted with the no-frills, basic, simplistic charm of the place.
