Very good for our stay but a bit overwhelmed when full of conference clientel on the last day. Room doors banged loudly when closing and on wedding night this continued until 2.00am. Soft closers could be used Waiters failed to ensure that table was fully laid and were very slow to clear dirty plates between courses

Essentially a conference centre weekdays and a private reception centre weekends-------Not fully geared as a HOTEL. ie availability of refreshments and food other than breakfast, which is of a good standard. Sense hotel guests considered a slight inconvenience. Incidentally I was charged by reception and was obliged to pay the fully quoted figure, despite having already paid a deposit------I expect his to be rectified by Visa account credit at the earliest convenience.
