Excellent hotel, with lovely room, great service. Room service menu was fabulous.

Located in the heart of Perth, the room was reasonable size, with all the essentils. The glass shower screen barely contained the water, shower pressure was low, bath too shallow.

Good sized rooms, good location, helpful & friendly staff, great breakfast & room service; all of this reasonably priced. The TV reception is bad, even the cable, and the wifi is so slow I had to give up and work from my phone. A good hotel, but don't bother paying for wifi, it's just too slow.

Shower was cold..took ages to even get warm. Service at desk great..nobody to help with luggage. Bit noisy
