Good location. Limited amenities. Rooms are too small. Just fit in a double bed

Love this place..........have stayed twice and had good service. A tram ride away from the city and nice and near to St kilda. Always get a free upgrade.

Lovely Hotel. Outside you see a lovely Heritage building but when you enter it is a very modern and stylish hotel. We had a wonderful view of the bay and gardens with three spacious rooms, a bathroom, bedroom and sitting room. The staff were friendly and helpful.
