I stayed in the studio room and it was quite small, location is good, tram stop right outside and if you're there on the weekend street parking is free.

The location outside the CBD may seem a problem at first, However St Kilda Road has the best tram service in Melbourne. We enjoyed catching the tram for the 10 minute journey into the city centre. We also liked being walking distance to Chapel St and Greville St Prahran. And St Kilda was only 10 minutes by tram in the other direction. A very comfortable and stylish place to stay.

Had a nice stay at this hotel June 2012. Just the one night over the weekend in a standard room with breakfast as my partner attended a conference at the nearby Sebel Citigate. Room was good and roomy enough, TV pretty small but worked fine as did everything else. Bathroom was good and had things like iron, etc. Could have comfortably stayed here for longer without a problem. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My cooked breakfast was also very nice and 11am checkout rather than 10 is appreciated. Will most likely stay again if I need to find a place in the City. Competitively priced.

I booked into this advertised Heritage Hotel expecting an old hotel---with big rooms, high ceilings etc.etc. However, only the small front of this hotel is heritage. Rooms are in a tower block at the rear. The rooms were small, and the passages narrow.,to the point I was uncomfortable.

Tram at the front door, Albert Park at the back door. Great access to the City, St. Kilda, South Yarra, etc. Great price for an overnight stay

Good staff, excellent secure parking, comfortable well equipped rooms. And a delightful restaurant. I regularly stay at another property that is nearby (5-6 times per year) but based on my first stay, the Seasons heritage will be my accomodation of choice from now on.

Firstly I think it is misleading and deceptive conduct for this hotel to promote the so called heritage aspects of this hotel. The rooms are in a tower block behind the small old building out the front. The rooms are small. The corridoors narrow. It did not give me a good feeling.

The hotel is a bit of a distance from the central city, although easily accessible by tram, especially as there's a tram stop right outside. You need exact change for that, though, so we ended up walking all the way into Flinders St the first time, which took ages! Our standard room was well-equiped and clean, but very cramped around the bed area, with no balcony and no other seating except for two plastic cafe-style chairs along the bench facing the bed, so only really OK for a couple of nights. The bed was also too short for my 6-foot-tall partner - his feet were hanging off the end! The bathroom was lovely, but they removed the half-used bottle of shower gel after the first night and didn't replace it, and they also forgot to replenish our sugar and milk supplies. Then they left our door just pulled to rather than shut on the way out, which is not ideal from a security perspective!! All in all it was OK for the price, especially since Melbourne accommodation seems fairly over-priced in general, but I have stayed in much more spacious and central hotels in other cities without paying much more.

Lovely Hotel. Outside you see a lovely Heritage building but when you enter it is a very modern and stylish hotel. We had a wonderful view of the bay and gardens with three spacious rooms, a bathroom, bedroom and sitting room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I have found the appartments very pleasing and relaxing to stay in and convenient to Melbourne central business area. I experienced the evening meal which was very nice in a quiet relaxing environment. I look forward to staying again in the future when in Melbourne.

The apartment itself was really good and very comfortable however the staff on reception were less than helpful in dealing with a problem we had when checking - a problem created by hotel policy that had to be sorted before we were able to check in. In our view there was no reason for us not to be able to check in while problem was being resolved and the way we were treated was totally unacceptable. As a result we will not be staying there again and would certainly not recommend it to anyone.

Overall, i had a pleasant stay at the service apartments. The staff is very friendly, provides extra amenities when i needed it and didn't charge me for the jug i broke. When i ask the staff for directions, they are very nice and they make an effort to remember you. I stayed in a 1 room apartment, the place is spacious with a balcony, living room, bedroom and a toilet. It is generally clean and has all the basic facilities that you need, like a washer, dryer, pots, refridgerator, microwave, etc. The only down side is that it takes about 35 mins to walk to the city area. Good thing is the weather is usually nice and cool. If you are looking for a place to stay for a week and longer, this will be the one as it will make you feel at home.
