Seasons Harbour Plaza Sydney

My family and I stayed here for one night over a weekend. We had an issue with the air conditioning in the first room that was allocated to us. After a phone call to reception, this was quickly resolved by moving us to another room, which we found had an overall better feel. If you are looking for the sparkle and shine of five star hotels, then this place may not be for you. But if all you are after is a clean room, and a comfortable bed, at a great location, then consider Seasons Harbour Plaza. Pros: Great CBD location. Great customer service. Cons: Small car park, not ideal for larger cars.

Had a very omfortable stay for one night made even better by a great price from Rates To Go. We live just out of Sydney and go to town for shows and this was perfect for us.More room than any of the other very good hotels we have stayed at and a fully equiped kitchen that may be great if you didn't want to eat out.Would be great for a long stay .

$40 to park the car, you don't need it, everything is at your doorstep, the new darling park complex is perfect for the kids and parents.. Rooms are nice, although needs some TLC on the maintanance side.. overall good, we'll be going back.

The little things were not attended to, the outside noises woke us up, the vicinity to the lift was noticeable, given that whenever anyone was in the hall it was obvious, the room was a 1 br apartment, smaller than a studio, the shower was tiny and you knocked yourself out with the showerscreen when you sat on the toilet, the bed was comfortable but one lamp was not plugged in and one was, the lamp in the lounge was dirty, there was marks on the fridge and the carpet was worn. Definitely, not like the pictures. The carpark was small and was like the inside of a lighthouse, try getting a large car down there, if you go all the way to the bottom you have to reverse up.

This could really be a home away from home. A nice little self contained kitchen and a washing machine with drier in the bath room. The bathroom also has a spar bath included. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice big window that could let the sum in, if desired. The location was great as well, just a short stroll from both China Town and Darling Harbour. We were very happy with the whole package.

The location of the hotel was fantastic close to Darling Harbour, Imax theatre, Queen VIctoria Building for shopping. It had everything. We had a brilliant time, certainly would recommend this hotel to my friends in fact I already have.

We booked a "Premier" room with king bed and 500MB broadband daily. They do NOT have King beds - the first room they provided was old, smelled stale, and had a queen bed. After complaining they moved us to a recently refurbished room (thank you John). This was still a queen bed, and no free internet. Location is great, but hotel does not deliver what they advertise.

Being an apartment meant that we were able to eat some meals there. A very comfortable bed with all facilities we needed for such a stay.

Our family had a "breakation" at the Seasons and it was lovely. Gret location, great service, great amenities. The rooms are looking a little tired, but still very comfortable. I understand that a refurbishment is about to commence. Thoroghly recommended

Very average hotel, close to darling harbour but seriously needs an update. Needs the name to be changed it is actually called the Seasons Hotel and not Sommerset. Mould in the bathrooms and carpets where all stained. Parking is expensive you can park two door down in the wilson carpark for half the price . Staff where not friendly needed to find another job. Not bar facilities after 8pm in the evening. And only one lift was operating. I would not stay there again.

My wife and I checked in after an exhausting flight from London. We were able to get a much needed comfortable and refereshing sleep in a perfect bed in a spacious executive apartment in this well-deserved 4 star hotel. It was the second time we had stayed and fully intend it not to be the last. Thank you to the hotel and its friendly competent staff.

The room are spacious and the location is good especially if you want to eat the beautiful food. All kinds of lovely cuisine are within walking distance. So does the darling harbor, 2 mins walk. Just had trouble with the shower head which did not provide the warm water constantly.

Thank you for your help with the bookings - we booked 4 rooms - they were comfortable but unfortunately one room had bad stains on the carpet & mold on the lounge. To the credit of the staff when they were told of this they waived the parking fee. The location was great we were able to walk to most places & if we couldn't the public transport was just round the corner. I think they were doing some renovations & just need to finish them.

Great location for buses, trains and dining facilities. Apartment was tired but clean, but could have done with a bit more cleaning especially in the shower which a some mold. Bed was very uncomfortable especially for a 7 nights stay.

Seasons Harbour Plaza is in a great location, close to trains and buses and very handy to Darling Harbour and Cockle Bay Wharf for dining. The apartment was quite spacious with all the necessary facilities, but could have done with a bit more cleaning. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable, which was not great as we were there for 7 nights.
