Beautiful location on beach front, staff most hospitable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for its location, value and service for people of all ages and families.

Hotel reception also arranges various day trips and transportation to airport, at small discount.

I''m actually upgraded from a very basic "standard bungalow" to a hotel room for several reasons: 1. the bungalow was not really that clean; 2. they are very small; 3. a couple of things weren''t quite right (ie the bathroom powerpoint was hanging off). While I found the transport, room service and restaurant staff excellent in terms of friendliness & helpfulness, I cannot say the same about the reception staff. To be honest, I found them unsmiling & unwelcoming, & wonder whether they have become a little "cynical" towards ''farangs''. <br><br>This was disappointing. Also I was not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of my hotel room, with ''splash'' marks on the mirrors all week, hair in the bath upon my first shower. These are relatively minor issues, but make the difference between a good hotel & a great one!

The hotel was excellent value for more, I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends who get out there. It''s about 20 minute walk away from the best bars, but it very easy & cheap to get a taxi.
