Pleasant staff and room. Loved the feather cover on the mattress. It was a lovely comfortable touch of luxury!

I certainly recommended this hotel to all my friends, very clean facilities suits me fine the services were excellent especially the cleaning ladies and the morning breakfast at Carlton, reception too and the guys at the door were very helpful. I wish and hope that the hotel itself would have your own special tours for your guests. Good job guys and gals... WELL DONE.. Keep up the good works.

Enjoyable stay at a very fine establishment. A bit of night time noise from the lift shafts next to our room, but otherwise hard to find fault.
