Very good. Room was very nice. Breakfast was a bit of a mission on the 1st day of stay. Service was a bit unhelpful (I think because they were busy). 2nd day it was fine. Concierge was very helpful Will stay again,

Our room was filthy due to an unsavoury amount of hair left in the bathroom. On the other hand, we did encounter some great reception staff.

The room was very good neat and tidy the only negatives were that the heating had been off so when went in it was cold, the "eco" lighting took a while to brighten up so our first impressions were a cold dark room which seemed to make it appear very small. The view of a brick wall from the window did not help. However once it warmed and brightened up it was a very nice room, the bed was superb. It has to be said, to be fair, that this was one of the cheaper rooms The staff all seemed very helpful and polite. I was a little surprised to find that we had to pay extra for a parking space and valet parking something I hadn't struck before. We had a very nice meal at the restaurant however (my biggest grip with any restaurant) its an extra $8.50 for a hand full of veges to accompany it. It was a cold night and there needed to be a bit more heating particularly for those of us who were sat close to the window. The food was excellent and the service slightly above average. It's a good place to stay close to the Octagon part of the casino (if you like that sort of thing). I would stay again and recommend it to any looking for a place in Dunedin

While the room was small it was very cosy and warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel cafe was a lovely venue for coffee and breakfast very reasonably priced.
