Scarborough Observation Resort Guest Reviews
While the location was great and it was clean when we arrived everything else about this place was bad! Customer service was non-existant, in fact it was rude and insulting and not just to us. The shower had no where to rest your stuff. The TV had 4 channels, one of which could hardly be seen. Parking was cramped. Some days we returned to find not all utensils had been cleaned. It ceratinly was not worth the cost and we will not be returning.

A good location especially for beach lovers. Very helpful and friendly staff. Stayed in both Motel and Resort rooms and am impressed. Accessible off site car parking. Recommended.

Although the room was clean, the floor needed to have been swept (not carpeted). When walking bare foot you could feel the grit
