Location
Hotel Anglais is located in the heart of Stockholm adjacent to Humlegarden park. The old town in Stockholm, Gamla Stan, is less than 10 minutes away. There guests can tour the Royal Palace and the Storkyrkan, the Stockholm Cathedral.

Small, but clean and well functioning room. Right in the middle of everything in Stockholm. Staff somewhat less servece-minded than elsewhere in the world which is probably a Swedish phenomenon rather than one for this hotel, although functionally excellent. Only real drawback was the crowded breakfast lounge.

The cabin department of Scandic Hotel Anglis Stockholm offers a very good deal for a single person who doesn´t need the daylight in the room.

Very centrally located, with a lively bar and restaurant. Cheaper rooms are small and windowless, but clean and decently furnished.

We loved this hotel. The room could have been better if tea and coffee making facilities were made available and if toiletries were provided, but the hotel makes up for that in design, cleanliness and other facilities like the gym, jacuzzi and the FABULOUS breakfast. The breakfast alone will have me staying here again whenever I am back in town.

It is very nice location-only 5 mins working distance from the nearest tube station, 10 mins from the T-central with cozy atmosphere and nice breackfirst. I really enjoed my whole stay here.
