Excellent service and facilities.

A very chic and stylish hotel at reasonable prices. It misses that mark slightly in some areas... the corridors look more like a Travel Inn and a couple of time the restaurant was smoked out from the open kitchen, and service oculd be slow, but the rooms are lovely - with great attenttion to detail, very comfortable beds, and great toiletries. The free mini bar, although not well stocked is a great extra touch! Good hotel if you want to be with the beautiful people!!

PROS: Very stylish rooms, Small room is a decent size, free minibar (just drinks - Coke and beer), free WiFi, free on site gym, great location CONS: Very little lighting in the rooms (just 3 lamps for atmosphere), service at the desk was not the best, room attendant was too attentive knocking on my door 3 times every evening to ask if I wanted extra apples, drain under the sink would flood the bathroom with dirty water every time the tap was turned on, so used the shower to brush my teeth, Bit of building work happeing opposite the hotel (Sept 07). Even though the room was nice, the 'experience' was not as good as other hotels I have stayed in in Copenhagen such as [other hotel] which is perfection.

This place was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay here. The little touches such as the turn-down service, the natural rock shower, the free mini-bar, and the magazines in the room all made this stay comfier and more like home. Our room was purple and I loved it! Our only problem was that we didn't know that the breakfast wasn't free until we checked out...

Good hotel but a bit pricey. The 'designer' focus is a little superficial, its more about stylish interiors than well thought out design solutions. I'm a designer and I know the Danes have some better hotels than this.
