The location of this hotel is great. very close to the metro station, all shops and restaurats, and the Namudaemum market etc.. but hotel is very old and our room wasn't so clean. The towel had a bid brown stain, there was someone's hair left in the bathroom. Also it was quite noisy until late night because of the closeness from the busy street.

We stayed for 7 nights. Took us an hour from the airport to reach Savoy Hotel via Limo bus 6015. Alighted at Sejong Hotel, took 5 mins walk to the hotel. Hotel is located right at the heart of Myeongdong Shopping district. Room is rather small for deluxe but acceptable as we are able to fit in with 2 big luggages. Will recommend for young couples or married couples with no children.

A lovely little town hotel right in the heart of Myeongdong. Surprisingly good restaurant facilities for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Easy access to the airport limousine for Incheon. Highly recommended.

Great location - right in Myeongdong shopping district - didn't really notice any late night noise though. Subway 1 minute walk away. We had a hard time booking a hotel for this weekend, the Savoy had availability and didn't increase their prices. Hotel staff pleasant, most spoke English, recommended a great 'hop on hop off' bus tour of Seoul. Would stay here again!

Hotel is very well located near shops and markets and many of the more common tourist attractions. Rooms are small and doorways and ceilings are a bit low. However, clean and comfortable and staff very helpful

Most of the staff were very pleasant. The location is good for shopping, but difficult for taxis, not much driving available on the street. An older hotel with the bare necessities.

I was expecting a bigger room based on the pix but overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was great, right smack in the middle of everything-shopping, food, transportation. We didn''t try the goody2 resto but we did try (actually we ate there 2x) Izakawa resto right next to it!!! Delicious!!! The room was very clean and there''s a free shuttle from savoy to sejong (which is only 15 min) - easier access to the airport bus. On our next visit, we''ll definitely stay there again.

Location was great, 5 min walk from the Myeong-Dong Subway and in the heart of Myeong Dong shopping. Migliore Myeong Dong is just around the corner and so is Starbucks. (there isn''t a lot of places you can get good coffee). The Airport Bus picks you up from outside the Sejong Hotel, about 10 min walk away. Though there is a hotel bus to Sejong Hotel from Savoy, it starts only from 7 am, so if you are on an early flight, walking is the only way.

In a good location especially if you like shopping for clothes. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Very convenient to subway station. From Inchon airpot you can take the KAL limousine and get off at the Lotte Hotel and easily walk about three blocks to this hotel. Only negative about this hotel is that the air conditioning did not work well and never did get it fixed in the four days. It could have been our fault though.

Very good location for shopping, and very kind response from the staff. Facilities are new, including card key. Town noisy til 10PM which is a little pity for the family.

Location is excellent for shopping & dining. Seoul City Tour bus stop just 5 min walk away. Reception staff speak good English and assist to write needed addresses in Korean. ABF not incl. in price and served in smoke-pested piano bar in the basement. Overall good value for money.

Overall the room was pretty good. I couldn''t control the temperature of the room but other than that I was happy with the cleanliness and the service. You really can''t beat the location though, if you''re in Seoul for shopping and site seeing. The hotel is located in the middle of a high class shopping district and a 2 minute walk from the subway.

It''s good value at the price and well located if you''re arriving or leaving by train. It''s not modern by Seoul standards and is in a noisy shopping district but it''s pretty quiet after 10pm. There''s a reasonable restaurant but you have to get in queue and wait for a table. Plenty of good restaurants within 5 minutes stroll. The hotel is not on a main road so make sure you have the address at hand if you take a cab!

Overall just a nice hotel to stay at. The cost per night is a little high, but for Seoul it was ok...although sometimes if you call the hotel directly, you can get a cheaper rate depending on time of year. Staff speak English and are friendly. For the business traveller, the free internet in the room is great...rooms even come with 2 connections so you don''t have to share a line. Only thing missing (and this is common in most Korean hotels) is breakfast included in the price.
