Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa Mombasa Guest Reviews
The hotel was clean, staff are very friendly plenty of activities food was very good. The only negative remark is that I dont think the rooms are value for money they are old and tired looking especailly the bathrooms and are not worth the money I paid for them. I was on a all inclusive deal but as I dont consume alcohol I thought it was expensive considering the rooms are not 4 or 5 star standard.

Unfortunately the hotel was nearly empty because of the troubles in Kenya. A number of the facilities were closed or not worth using. I think the management could have done more to thank the few visitors who paid big money to stay in a near empty hotel

We are repeat guests at the Whitesands and can't fault it at all. The friendliness of the staff together with the facilities make it a favourite of ours, hence why we keep going back!

The staff were so friendly, always greeting you wherever you go with ''Jambo!'', we really liked this. The food at the buffet was very nice, a different theme every day, so there was variety. The pools were so nice to swim in, with nice warm water. The location was great...by the ocean, to go walking and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will return!
