Room was abs freezing when first went in, had to plug in heater ourselves, bulb went in bathroom (no windows) rang down - no-one got back to us at all - not fixed so had to make do with low 'shaving' light above sink. Only had 1no towel between 2no adults, told in the morning that there should have been spare towels in a drawer but they should have been left out - sorry!! did look in drawers, didn't see any, wasn't aware had to search for them. Had a meal which was ok had to have your meals in the pub / restaurant wasn't great all we could hear was the usual pub talk / swearing etc... good value though so can't knock it really. Ok if guy's go on their own I think, not great if you're taking a lady friend....oh and they hadn't even heard of the (website) that I booked with and nearly got me to pay again as they was not aware that it was already paid - be aware - remember to take your booking forms / receipt etc. Would I use again, no - very expensive for what you get...
