Of the hotels we stayed in the Philipppines the Sarabia Manor Hotel was one of the better, especially bathroom/shower. Breakfast quality an unexpected welcomed surprise.

When I arrived at the hotel, they did not know what to do with my confirmation number. It seems that the staff has no knowledge of online reservation and they tried to charge me twice. Also, there was no alarm clock in my room, and when I asked for a wake up call it never came. However, the receptionist argued that he did make the call as if he was convincing me...very funny. An apology was not given. I strongly encourage you to find accomodations elsewhere, if possible.

The airconditioning was below my expectations, the room was hot upon entry and the mini bar was not stocked daily or pre cooled, the drinks were all hot. The service staff was wonderful. The front desk needs to pay more attention to details as they attempted to charge me for the room cost and it was pre-paid through you.

The Saribia Manor Hotel in Iloilo is a small hotel in a friendly area. The personnel real friendly, the rooms are clean. The price is o.k.

The staff are nice; location is good, but hotel facilities are poor; rooms smell and look uninviting; toilet facility is bad and toiletries not sufficient and not replaced; restaurant food is ok but use broken china (milk cup had broken handle)and service was not very efficient. The hotel should lower its star rating to 2. It''s not the best hotel in Iloilo as it likes to call itself after all. We will definitely not stay there again.
