Sapphire Village Resort St. Thomas Guest Reviews
Shapphire Village looks nothing like the pictures. It is so run down. The only resturant is up on the hill in the condo area and served breakfast without a menu, the choices were eggs and bacon...Yes, thats it! We had to change our room because the first one was so bad. The room had no screen on the door, the water in the shower was rusty, and there was no hot water..The staff is rude, they could care less if you are happy. They charged us another $200.00 to change the room or we had to stay in the bad one. I was so disappointed with this resort.

the first room was average - all the batteries had been removed from every remote & the wires were broken. The bell hop put us in another room that was much better. A bit of a hassle getting clean towels. We were housed in a condo that the Sapphire made $ off of as it was empty.

its ok, rooms were clean, we got stuck in St Thomas due to a problem with our aircraft which took a while to get fixed, work well for what we needed.

When you drive up to Sapphire you get excited because of the view and the beautiful sign. When you get to the front desk, there is not front desk. You have to walk to another building to sign in. After we got into our room here are the things we noticed. - floors had big stains on them - the bed was really hard - the sheets were pilled - cracks in the walls Since we had been flying over night we wanted to nap and it was interuppted by drilling and hammering. Although the front desk said they could move us we didn't bother since we were leaving in a few days. There is no restaurant except for a woman with some street food. And the bar is the dive center. Where the restaurant used to be is really run down. I honestly recommend this place needs a huge overhaul to keep people coming back.
