Hotel staff could not have been more helpful, I arrived to early to check in but needed to change for a meeting, staff arranged for a room so I could change then stored luggage till I returned. Will definately return again as the service and food was very good value.

Good location, next to beach, rooms clean, room cleaners thorough and friendly. Breakfast good and heaps of food never runs out. Staff friendly and helpful at all levels. Doctor on site. Beautiful clean gardens and clear blue pools, good pool loungers and loungers provided on beach also. Good local shuttle service and once a day into Kuta. Happy hour does not include cocktails, unfortunately, they should advertise this outside bar Room service menu limited, bit of a language problem ordering, pool side menu very limited to about six snacks. Overall good hotel, would go back. If you want massage, bit expensive, go into Sanur, a third of the price

Hotel showing its age a bit and breakfast was nothing special. We only stayed 3 nights but found the location excellent for a chill out vacation with great pool and garden facilities. Lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate area although they were mainly quiet due to the time of year.
