Hotel was clean and modern. Wifi free but there was a charge for use of internet in the lobby that was quite expensive. Breakfast was very good and had variety. Staff quiet but helpful when approached. A bit pricy but in line with similar hotels in the area. Location amazing! Central, within a 5 min walk from the bus and the Sanctuary. 10 min walk to "The Way of the Cross".

Probably one of the best hotels in Fatima, for the price. Very professional management and pleasant staff. Highly recommend.

the location is very good being very close to the Santuary. The hotel is also very clean, service very good.

Excellent and highly recommended is the word I would choose for this hotel. Staff wonderfully welcoming, honest and always friendly and accommodating. I could not have chosen a better location. We also stayed in Hotel Impanama in Porto but the Santa Maria Hotel far excels in every areas. Expect to see us again. Keep up the good work.

My sister and I enjoyed our staying there. Everyone tried their best to make us feel comfortable. They were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.They gave me a bag full of ice when I needed it to place on my swollen knee. They called the taxi for us to go visiting important places. If ever I return to Fatima I will stay at Santa Maria Hotel.
