Host (Allan) welcomed on arrival and showed where everything was etc. Room comfortable with all mod cons. Had a shared bathroom, which was not inconvenience at all. In the process of completinga theatre room and Gym, which I am sure will be to the same exacting standards. Will have to stay next year when its complete. Will visit again for sure.

Will come back again. It's a nice house. Excellent to stay. Just not prefer the sharing bathroom. kind of troublesome. Facilities n service were good. breakfast was there every morning.

Very pleasant and friendly host, who couldnt do enough to make the stay an enjoyable one. Provided advice on how to best get around Perth and the area, so as to avoid lengthy traffic delays. Really nice place and come back again without any hesitation

This is a Guest House so don't expect a 5* hotel. Having said that, the rooms are excellent. The owner lives in (it is his house) and is very helpful and friendly. I have no problem recommending Santa Maria and will be staying there again.
