The staff were so friendly! We had a great experience in Guam and the small hotel was very personal compared to the large coorporate hotels.

The signal on WiFi was a little weak in my room but it worked okay. Might want to consider improving the signal strength on each floor. The nighttime manager was very helpful in helping me get my computer connected to the Internet. The problem was not at the hotel it was with my laptop configuration. But it was nice to see someone at the hotel trying to help me. I am not a strong computer person. I thought the prices at the Santa fe Grille were a little high for my budget. I'm talking about the evening meals. So we only ate there once. But the food was good.

location not very convenient. Not in the hotel strip so transportation is quite a challenge. No housekeeping after 10:30 at night. Nice pool which is a few steps away from the beach. No lifeguard though.

This hotel is on the beach, beautiful sunsets! It is not on Hotel Road and as a result not in walking distance to anything.

We were very impressed with the ambience and service. The dedication of the employees was very obvious. We had our Valentine's Day Dinner at the Grille at Santa Fe at Sunset and the setup was extremely romantic. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond to our requests. Although we live on Guam, we often stay at hotels here to satisfy our recreational cravings and Santa Fe on the Bay is definitely our favorite! It's very cozy and a great setting to rekindle our relationship.
