love the attentive pool attendance who loves his job!laying the towel for you as you approach. V V nice touches. Splendour ambience. Half price happy hour!!not to mention the Grand Beaky Buffet!!

Everything was fine. Service was slow. Their whee language issue's as the staff did not speak English well. The food was average to good.

Wonderful service standards and friendly staff. Given that it is a four-star hotel, the service is very good. Personalised welcome letter and drink / fruit basket. Daily turn-down and before bed cookie is served. On the last night, a personalised good-bye letter and bill is presented in our room. Restaurant serves really good food, from Vietnamese to Pizzas. Band at the Bar and string ensemble at the restaurant. 2 Pools and outdoor jacuzzi. Free use of indoor jacuzzi and steam room / sauna. Although it is located far from Danang city, there is free shuttle bus in the morning there and in the afternoon, to Hoi An. The beach is only enjoyable if you go in good weather (which I suppose is around the summer season around June. Pls check). Nevertheless, a good place to unwind during the year-end off peak season when the prices are lower.

Beautiful location on a deserted beach. You can see the beach and sea from the hotel swimming pool. The hotel was quiet when we stayed so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Staff where friendly and keen to help. There is also a free bus to the town of Hoian (30 minute drive). this town is amazing and is a must for anyone staying in this hotel.
