Old style motel, car lights into hotel rooms type of thing, walk in the room and small too much pinesol hominess. But they had a decent breakfast line, and good location so depending on how much you pay it could be a decent value.

There is nothing special about this place. That being said, I have stayed here for 15 years in a row over thanksgiving. It is located on north State Street away from the congestion of downtown, but close to it. It is right off the freeway so you have good access north and south on 101. It is clean an offers in room coffee and a very modest continental breakfast. It is very reasonably priced compared to most SB Hotels. Take the money you save staying here and go have a nice dinner someplace!

This hotel is ok for the price you pay. Carpet is sticky, dirty, and coming out of the corners. Bathrooms are small and we had bugs in ours.
