I would definitely stay at this Hotel again...the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was perfect, and room service was prompt (my meal was still hot when it arrived at my door)!

nice and friendly, room was cozy - ie small, but clean and comfortable. Great restaurant downstairs.

Excellent service and friendly staff. The Moxies grill is frequented by locals from the Richmond area as well as guests so no chance of the lack of atmosphere that often accompanies hotel bars. Taxi to Vancouver downtown are reasonable and the staff have all the usual maps and advice available at the desk. Complimentary hotel airport shuttle service is prompt and regular so ideal for early or late flights. I would definitely stay again.
