i stayed the hotel only for one night with my friends, but i think it was comfortable for us. especially, the location was good!! the double bed was a bit small for two people, but it worked for us.

Older rooms but clean and tidy. Good service, excellent food at the restaurant and pool and spa were great. A good place to stay.

I was upset a being woken up each morning beofre 8.30am by housekeeping knocking on the door to make up the room. This is a very unreasonable time for people who are booked in for a few nights as you generally want to take time to relax before being requested to get out of your room so it can be made up. I stayed at the Sandman Vancouver initally and was very unimpressed with that as I paid over $200 for one night and the room was pitifully small and not even worth half that amount. Overall my experience with the Sandman Group was very unimpressive and I very much doubt I would use them again.
