My wife and i stayed in the hotel for one night. It's an older hotel and the rooms are equipped with older (1970's style) furniture. However, the rooms are nice and clean and give you al the comfort you need. The hotel has a nice little restaurant. Behind the hotel there is a beautiful garden with chairs and tables where you can relax after a walk throught the small but again beautiful town. The buffet breakfast is gives you everything you want. Good variety of food. I would certainly recommend this hotel. Good value for a good price.

Overall, a nice hotel. Good breakfast, decent price. However, the charge for a 3-year old child breakfast (not included in the rate) is outrageous.

Handy to the train station yet very quiet. Welcoming staff who had good local knowledge and were more than willing to ring up the appropriate govt department to determine if a Mt pass was open or not. Nice breakfast.

I never had a big room like this at reasonable price. It has a balcony with a view of the mountain that I consider a rare treat. It is perfectly clean and smells good. You will enjoy the green surrounding especially the garden at the back filled with beautiful flowers. The sight of dangling apples and pears from the trees all over while sipping your hot coffee is wonderful. We didn't actually sit in the spacious garden to leisurely stare at the blue sky and watch the stars at night and think of nothing but the good life because of the rain. But we still enjoyed our stay as we had a good rest, a sound sleep with soft pillow under our heads and the firm bed ideal for aching back and the warmth of the duvet that felt like a gentle hug throughout the night. We also had a good breakfast. Their restaurant also offers variety of menus to suit your apetite and budget. The hotel is just a few steps away from the railway station and within walking distance from the town centre.
