clean, comfortable, happy with the apartment

Our 3 bedroom appartment was the perfect size for 6 people. Of particular note were the 2 bathrooms, 2 very large balconies overlooking the broadwater and a private outdoor, undercover spa. With the weather not so kind during our stay, the spa was a hit with the kids when it was raining. The hotel is situated in a great location, being only a short drive to the theme parks, Surfers Paradise and plenty of other tourist activities. The hotel's pool and bbq facilities were excellent - always very clean and inviting. The only drawback was the bed in the main bedroom - it was very old, unconfortable and sagged in the middle! Overall, if you're looking for a reasonably priced (non-skyrise) appartment with great facilities and great views, I'd recommend Sandcastles On The Broadwater.

The only problem with location was due to roadworks,no fault of the resort,we had trouble working out how to get into the resort,had to stop and ask the workmen,main roads need to fix up some signage.

Nice, quiet clean place. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable as was the couch so never really able to be comfortable. Houskeeping left a little to be desired. Only sheets were changed and new towels. No vacumming or dusting was done. For the price paid.......not bad.
