This property offer one of the most tranquil relaxed environments, set on 5 acres of Tropical landscaped gardens and surrounding a natural lagoon.

Restaurant
Dining at Kondari includes enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner, overlooking the lakes and sampling something from the great a-la carte menu for dinner or the buffet. A sports bar is a place where you can sit back and relax with a counter meal and a beer as well as have a punt on the TAB.

We only spend a couple of days at the resort but could've easily enjoyed a longer stay - it is a very quiet and peaceful environment. The accommodation itself is rather basic, but it was nevertheless enjoyable! The hotel was just taken over by a new manager and will probably improve with time!

The villas are set on the lake and have abundant wildlife - birds and turtles - which makes it a very pleasant place to stay. The villa we stayed in really needed a good clean and an airing and the sheets and towels smelt of cigarette.

Slightly above camping out. The room was very basic. No modern fixtures like a phone, pay TV, or internet connections. The coconuts thumping to the ground and roof at all hours was a nice touch. No room service of any kind. Stock your own fridge kind of motel. Will not stay again.

The villas were clean and comfortable & recently renovated, but with one small oversight - the fan and fly screens were dirty. It was raining for part of the time we were there, but the lake was beautiful with all of the bird life (black swans, numerous ducks and water hens). It was lovely to sit on the deck and watch their antics. The beach was close by, as was the bistro for lunches and dinners, very reasonably priced and good food.

Very nice quiet place . Waterfront with view of lots of waterbirds.You can swim in the small pool or ocean only 15min walk.Good fishing from the jetty 1 km long. Waterfront kilometers long is good for walking and biking. Very cheap restaurant on the site or walk to the Esplanade to eat. Watch thousands of batts fly to Fraser Island on the sunset. Balinese atmosphere!! Very relaxing and easy going!! Recommend!!
