We loved it so much the first time we booked here again. We used a company called Trigo. They only made the reservation for 2 instead of 3. Since the Rex had no more extra beds, they sent us over to another Sana, a 4 star, and even paid for our taxi ride over. The customer service was excellent and they took such good care of us. We highly reccomend this hotel and we will definetly stay here or any Sana in the future.

An average hotel, staff not helpful could say rude. Breakfast ok, location ok.

Very helpful reception staff. Steep walk up to hotel from the center of town. But hotel itself quite nice. Would return.
