Breakfast-area too small for all guests. People had to stand in line for some 15-20 minutes. Parking is narrow indeed, drive slowly, and is hard to find. Better go to reception (very helpfull people) for guiding you to garage. Some 300-400 meter walk to San Sebastian Metrostop. 100 meter to the Gulbenkian-park and (beautiful) museum. Average to good hotel when visiting places in the surroundings.

More than I expected - room was spacious, clean and reasonably equipped. Breakfast was OK.
