Location
San Remo Hotel Larnaca is located on the Mediterranean island, where the climate is excellently warm, the people wonderfully hospitable and the environment safe and friendly. The beautiful sandy beaches are just 100 metres away from the hotel.

The Cafe Evita Cocktail Bar, adjoining the pool deck is a perfect place to meet with friends or business associates for a cocktail or drink.

Conveniently situated hotel in peaceful surroundings. Hotel is a bit old, so it is not so shiny any more. However, we were happy after our two-night stay in December 2009. Almost opposite the hotel entrance, a small and modest snack-bar serves nice pitabread with grilled halloumi - yummy!

Helpful staff who made me welcome.I travel alone. A bit steep to pay 20 euros to keep my room until 4 p.m. I wanted my luggage secure.

If what you are looking for is a basic, cheap, clean place to stay near the airport and close to a beach where you can swim, then you've found it. The area is very quiet and there are several restaurants to choose from within a five minute walk. I paid attention to another person's feedback regarding the mayonnaise at the nearby kebab shop so I didn't get sick. All of the staff in the hotel (especially Maria) are very helpful and accommodating. I arrived before 8 a.m. so my room wasn't ready, but they offered me a free (extra) breakfast. I was starving and took them up on their offer. The air conditioning in my room was a lifesaver as it was extremely humid for two of the days I was there. From the hotel to town isn't very far; the taxi ride is quite reasonable. If you are used to walking, you can walk north along the seafront to reach the Promenade within a half hour. All in all, if you're not looking for luxury, it is a decent, cheap place (with pool) to stay.

Basic but clean, quiet, good service, wake up call, west facing balcony, comfortable beds, bath with shower over, hot water, clean pressed sheets and TV - hotel with clean beaches near by and restaurants too and even a grocers shop across the road. Did not use the swimming pool but there is a good sized pool available too. Breakfast was buffet - adequate. Short drive from airport so convenient to both Larnaca and airport. Thank you.
