Very cosy place and a good location. Within walking distance to the Vatican city and to nice restaurants surrounding the location. Would make a return stay here. The toilet was a very small though. Good value overall.

If you are on a budget and is looking for a place to rest/sleep this residence hotel is fine however, the rooms needed renovations especially the bathroom. You can smell the septic once you open the room. Items listed on the ad (ie iron/board,hairdryers) are not available. we stayed for 4 days and our linens and towels were never changed. Otherwise, breakfast croissant (chocolate) was good and walking distance to the vatican.

if you are on a budget and just looking for a place to rest and sleep after a long day of vatican tour,this is the right place to stay. However the rooms need some renovations especially the bathrooms.Items posted on the internet are not available (ie hairdryer, coffee maker, iron/board). Breakfast consists of beverage and pastries (chocolate croissant)is great!
