Location
Overlooking the sea, the San Paolo Palace Hotel Palermo is just a short drive from the city centre. This property is in the middle of the most famous gulf in Sicily as well as between the archaeological area of Capo Zafferano and Mount Pellegrino.

Very tired old hotel. We booked a double room, only to receive a tiny small smelly room with 2 single beds. I asked for an exchange and was upgraded. Unpleasant to have to go back to reception and ask for a double room. Hotel needs a little work.

great copious breakfast, friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, fantastic pool. shame that an obviously scenic location at the time the hotel was built is now a built-up residential area and too far out of the centre to walkj at night.

Good location close to beach. A little out of town centre but good bus shuttle service runs from hotel and parking facilities available. Clean and spacious room. Excellent breakfast - good service. Staff spoke English, were friendly and helpful.

Very open minded and helpful service particularly in the reception desk! It is a great idea with bus between Center and hotel. It is pity the same idea does not work between hotel and airport.
