clean hotel, good effort and good price, not best located for tourist

The main problem is the hotel's staff. Eachtime we asked for directions or instructions, we were given wrong information. The staff's English skills, especially on the night shift, make it impossible for tourists to communicate with them. In addition the hotel publishes false information about air conditioning. The rooms are air conditioned for 6 hours (14:00-18:00). During the hot summer months in Italy, it could be a big problem.
