The staff was gracious and the service was friendly. But it rained a lot and there was not a lot to do, except casino. One of 5 days we were without water for 8 hours while they fixed plumbing, unavoidable I guess. But most importantly, I returned alone to my husband and my room one day to find a male staff member in my room without the door open and after leaving to get windex and rag, he did not leave until I asked. When I called housekeeping to ask about why someone was in my clean room, I was shuffled around and never got to talk to anyone. this security breach irked me.

We had the best trip ever in P.R. It is a great hotel. The location is perfect, walking distance to local restaurants, fast food, coffee shop and market. Stuffs were really nice and helpful. But the first ocean view room they gave us was terrible -- we found ants everywhere from bathroom to wall. So nasty!!! So we required to change to another room. They assigned us another room shortly, which was perfect. Overall it's a great place to be your base.

Very nice, clean hotel, very friendly staff. Nice beach where you can always find shade. Lobby was just renovated, so it looks good, although music was a bit too loud for my taste. I wish there was more sitting space in the lobby to meet your companions, or just sit and talk. Recommend to all.

This hotel has it all. It's located in the heart of San Juan. It is surrounded by great restaurants,nightlife and shopping. The beach and pool areas are awesome! The staff goes out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable.

The hotel's location is pretty good and it has most of the amenities you might want. Their strip of beach is prime with free towels and chairs. The prices for drinks and food are a little on the high side but still reasonable. I would recommend getting an ocean front view room. It costs a small amount more but probably doubles your enjoyment.
